That part of Denver is competitive so I somewhat understand. The apartment is perfect and the staff is wonderful and all maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner. However, the public areas of my building are not being kept clean and need to be repainted and refloored. I especially love how quickly to so many things this place is. I can walk to Oracle and be there in 20 minutes.
I love that the area is so animal-friendly as it is fun to see all the people with dogs. I also like that there are grills, a hot tub, and pools. They've recently updated their parking policy twice, have poorly communicated its implementation for both new policies, and as a result i have had both of my vehicles towed. Not just me, but the spot i was in had 3 cars towed in TWELVE HOURS. I also know several of my neighbors who have had theirs or their guests cars towed.

The area around this property has good transit with many nearby transportation options. Cierra Crest is within 13 minutes or 5.8 miles from University of Denver. It is also near Arapahoe C.C., Littleton and Denver Seminary.

Even so, cars in the complex are THEFT targets with giant signs on the street outside the complex warning residents of all the STOLEN property being taken from breaking into cars. Every time you walk into your apartment complex there is dog POOP EVERYWHERE in the doorways so that every single one of your shoes will smell like the German Shepard next door. They also try and ENTER your apartment without permission with 3 minutes notice and then CHARGE YOU a fee for not allowing letting them in when no one is there. Beware poorly “renovated” units, ours had NO WINDOW SEALING leading to HIgH ELECTRIC bills. When our “fireplace” went out I called maintenance who told me the fireplaces are only for looks and produce NO heat whatsoever.
It's a great community, the leasing staff and false info was my only negative experience. I dislike some of our neighbors because they don't pick up after their dogs and steal packages, but you might get that anywhere you move to. The parking lot pavement needs to be repaved in residents parking spot areas. Please call our leasing office for our pet policy.

They are really prompt in responding for any issues and office staff is diligent in logging service requests. This is the single most important reason which'll make me continue living here. The only thing I would change would be the gym hours. I wish my key worked for the gym door and I could use it whenever I wanted.
